Symposium Registration Fees:
Special Early Registration Fees before August 1, 2008:
Physician $675       Fellow/Nurse $400
Registration after August 1, 2008:
Physician $825       Fellow/Nurse $500

Registration Cancellation Policy:
The following penalties apply for cancellation of your attendance in the 2008 EUS.
After August 10, 2008- $100 for Physicians $50 for Fellows/Nurses
After August 27, 2008- $150 for Physicians $100 for Fellows/Nurses

After August 10, 2008 you will be charged one night's accommodation. That amount is $289. Early Departure penalty is $50
